Karthago Airlines had been fully merged in 2009

in  Nouvelair -Tunisie, the airline in which Mr.Aziz Milad
the well known and reputed entrepreneur has been
the main shareholder for more than 20 years to-date.In this transaction Nouvelair-Tunisie has acquired the majority of Koralblue airlines shares. The only other shareholders of KoralBlue are the Egyptian Orascom for tourism & development and Canadian investment funds.
 Mr. Trabelsi does not hold any share in the company

Koralblue Airlines has been flying to Germany since 2009 and the year 2010 has shown  great efforts & challenges for expansion and development, that let  koralblue flew 13 flights a week to the major airports in Germany , FRA , MUC and DUC in addition to other airports .Focusing on the market and expected flights to Germany during this year to reach 18 on weekly basis.
