Baggage Allowance

 

  • KoralBlue allows a standard allowance of 20kg per person.
  • Passengers are restricted to one item of hand luggage only. The item should weigh no more than 5kg and be no larger than 55 x 40 x 20 cm.
  • koralblue allows a standard allowance of 15kgs per person for UK flights
Prohibited objects

 

  • It is strictly prohibited to carry sharp or dangerous items aboard our flights.
  • It is recommended to leave potentially dangerous items in the baggage hold
Prohibited items on our flights (cabin and hold) are as follows

 

  • Explosives, munitions, firecrackers, fireworks, rockets.
  • Toxic substances, causal agents
  • Radioactive substances
  • Magnetized materials
  • Paints, oils, flammable products
  • Corrosive materials, Oxidants, Irritants, Acids, wet batteries, sodium hydrate or potassium, mercury
  • Compressed gas, gas operated camp stoves.

Useful hints and tips

 

  • You name, address and flight confirmation details must appear both inside and outside of your luggage.
  • It is strongly recommended that fragile and valuable items such as camcorders, computers, jewellery, cash and medicines be kept in your hand luggage.
  • KoralBlue takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
  • Please keep your baggage tags with you as these will be essential in the unlikely event of delay, loss or theft.
  • It is your responsibility to know the exact contents of you baggage before boarding.
  • Only check-in or carry on your own luggage
Check-in

 

  • Please arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
  • Check-in close 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
  • Any passengers arriving after check-in closes will not be allowed to board the plane.
  • No ticket refund of exchange will be possible.
Travel documents

 

  • In order to travel you must have a valid passport with you.
  • You must also bring your Tour Operator Flight Coupon with you. This is your boarding pass.
  • You must make sure you have the correct documentation (any visas, identification and so on) to allow you to enter your destination country. This is the passengers' responsibility.
  • KoralBlue reserves the right to refuse passage to anyone who cannot produce these documents on demand.
Pregnant passengers

 

  • Up to the 35th week of pregnancy travel on KoralBlue is permitted, subject to a doctor's certificate, not older than 7 days, declaring that you are fit to travel by air.
  • Travel on KoralBlue after the 35th week of pregnancy is not permitted.
Excess baggage
  • A restricted amount of baggage is allowed to accompany you on your flight, depending on your destination .
  • If you require excess baggage, additional charges will apply in accordance with this hereunder table :

Unaccompanied Children

 

  • Unaccompanied minor service is possible with KoralBlue Airlines subject to 72 hours request and fee payment .
  • KB defines an unaccompanied minor as a child at least five (5) years of age but less than twelve (12) years of age who is not accompanied by a customer twelve (12) years of age or older.
  • Unaccompanied minors will be accepted for travel; on nonstop or direct flights between their origin and destination.
  • Unaccompanied minors will be charged a fee of $50 one-way and 100 $ per roundtrip.
Special assistance

 

  • Please indicate the special assistance you require 72 hours prior the day of flying.
  • We will forward this request to personnel at all stations on your journey to make your travel as easy and pleasant as possible.
Transport of live animals
  • KoralBlue Airlines accept animals/pets (only dogs, cats, and little singing birds) for carriage on our aircraft.
  • These animals are accepted in standard boxes, which are 45 × 35 × 23 cm, and the passengers should provide these boxes.

Smoking on board

 

  • All KoralBlue flights are non-smoking. We appreciate your understanding.
Use electronic equipment during the flight

 

  • All electronic equipment and gadgets transmit electromagnetic waves that could influence some of the aircraft's equipment.
  • If you are uncertain whether you may use your device, kindly enquire from your flight attendant.
Lost luggage

 

  • In the event of lost baggage, passengers should notify our station supervisor immediately.
  • If your baggage cannot be traced after fourteen (14) days, we will creates a Worldtracer file then make a deep investigation for a month.
  • If it's impossible to locate, we will transfer the file to the Insurance Service for compensation action
Duty free goods

 

  • No Duty Free are Available in Some Routes, Please Check With Your Tour Operator or Agent.
In-flight meals
