Koralblue Airlines is a Charter Airline Company founded in 2006 by Karthago airlines in Tunisia in a joint-venture investment with the Egyptian Orascom for hotels and development.


The fleet is of modern Airbus A320 & A319 almost 4- 5 years of age, for 2 aircrafts since the summer of 2008, already been increased by the 3 rd A320 in July 2009. Koralblue will contine to develop during the next 4 years in activity, with the same type of aircrafts in order to reach 11 of them.


The first flight was launched on 27 March 2007 from Sharm El Sheikh to Katowice followed on the same day to Warsaw airport. Since that date,
the company has started its flight programs to several European airports including Paris CDG; all Italian Airports ; Bristol BRS; Dublin and Birmingham BHX in UK and is regularly increasing the routes, productivity and customers .

KoralBlue operates actually, as the first phase, from Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada as well as other Egyptian international airports located in the Red Sea area (Marsa-Alam, Taba, Luxor , etc.) to many western and eastern European countries:

• France: Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse, Nantes, Metz ;

• Italy : Bologna , Venice , Torino, Bergamo , Milan ;

• Germany : Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart ;

• UK : Bristol , East midlands;

• Poland : Warsaw , Katowice , Gdansk ;

• Slovenia : Ljubljana ;

• Romania : Bucharest , Cluj

Flight operations are in conformity with ECAA (The Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority) as well as the European regulations in matter of safety, security control and operational standards.

Koralblue successfully underwent the IOSA Audit carried out in 2008 by Wake- QA in UK which is a fully IATA accredited IOSA Audit organization; and is proudly holding the certificate of IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) one of the most stringent safety audit programmes in the aviation industry, and the first internationally accepted operational Standards. Such certification significantly affirms and strengthens Koralblue in the marketplace as we seek new business opportunities .

Koralblue relies on its highly qualified flight deck crew members whose track records show important total and On-Type flight hours experience acquired in international airline companies. Management and operations styles are closely inspired by the management and business model used in Karthago Airlines. With the high quality services and a modern fleet KoralBlue will offer special care to its customers and to its partners, most of the European tour operators.

Koralblue Airlines headquartered in Cairo and the Main operation bases are located in Sharm El Sheikh, (South Sinai Governorate,) and Hurghada ( Red Sea , Egypt ).
